Jayne is a collaborative and relationship-oriented Senior Consultant with 12 years of experience working in professional advisory, consulting and management roles across a range of industries including Catholic education, private companies and government organisations.

Specialising in employment relations and work health and safety, Jayne is skilled at partnering with organisational leaders to provide strategic advice across a broad range of areas including management and leadership solutions, enterprise bargaining, organisational restructure and change, dispute and conflict resolution, performance management, workplace investigations and work health and safety.

Jayne is experienced at operating at a high level across complex and challenging situations, with a proven ability to apply her knowledge and experience towards new, ambiguous and complex issues. Jayne is recognised as a skilled advisor with an ability to provide practical solutions and ensure her clients are well supported to confidently manage even the most complex of situations.

Jayne has been identified as a high-potential leader through the Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) Talent ID program, bringing strengths in communication, interpersonal relationship skills, problem-solving and leading change.

Jayne is passionate about using her skills to the benefit of others within the community and is currently Chair of the Aranmore Catholic Primary School Advisory Council.
